Corporate Service Administrator

Required for a company in JLT to Work directly with the EER Corporate Services Team Leader in supporting EER clients. Focus: Liaise with clients and third parties until the client’s needs are fully met.

Main Responsibilities and Required Skills:
The position will be to work directly with the EER Corporate Services Team Leader

Responsibilities
Managing assigned client and investors Corporate Service’s needs (new formation, renewals, amendments, bank account opening & de-registration).
Creating and maintaining filing systems of documents in both hard and soft copy formats
Manage and maintain up-date internal databases and Master sheets for key events and for service tracking
Update procedures in relation to company formations i.e. license renewals, customer information, requirements for the various free zones.
Sending out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and audit report submissions
Preparing resolutions, NOC’s, application forms and letters required related to company formation, license cancellations, renewals and amendments
Preparing and submitting petty cash report of the Corporate Services department
Maintaining and updating Master Quotations for all services in different authorities
Manage the collection of all mail for client and EER’s mail box
Assist with the administration behind each company formation – relevant paper work, prepare applications, company files, and POA preparation with 3rd parties
Manage and effectively liaise between 3rd parties and clients (an example of some of these services are) Bank account opening, audited accounts, Emirates P.O Box opening and the attestation of documents).
Effectively Manage amendments to licenses this will include researching the requirements with the relevant department and clearly outlining them to the client through a variety of methods. (this will start with DMCC and then radiate out to other free zones and government departments as experience is gained)
Communicate the status of files and clearly articulate next steps with clients.
Accounts (Invoice to clients, payment collection)
Work collaboratively with the company’s resources for achieving client requirements
Visiting the various free zones when appropriate to submit paperwork or make payments
