Al Zubi Group is searching for Inventory Controller – male or female, any nationality to manage the inventory of the company. The candidate will be required to coordinate orders and deliveries, perform regular inventory and forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stocks as needed
• Coordinate with the logistics regarding purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries and processing
• Forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability
• Tracks inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of- stock products
• Perform regular stock checks and report any issues to the supervisor
• Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports and inventory records
• Coordinate and manages daily physical cycle counts and reconciles if actual counts reports
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah

• Active participation in inventory audits
• Good understanding in supply chain procedures
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management software
• Good analytical and logistic thinking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Computer literate

• Minimum of 3 years experience in field of FMGC, warehousing, logistics or similar

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration or similar preferred
