Welcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as needed
Perform various clerical tasks as needed (file papers, organize supplies, etc.)
Answer phones and route calls to appropriate persons
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Handles all documentation to be sent to clients & handles all incoming telephone enquiries effectively
Sort phone calls and make sure client messages are communicated to the appropriate personnel
Act as first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales executives are not available.
Responds to sales enquiries received on the company email
Forwards enquiries received through email to the sales team for necessary action
Follow up customer satisfaction by any kind of communication, email or calls
with updating feedback on salesforce
Resolving any sales related issues with customers and to highlight it to management and responsible person
Generating and registering .quotations and email to the customers as guided by sales force .
Follow up on quotations ,status updation
Enters orders in the computer system on behalf of the sales team.
Track the enquiry received from clients including deadlines , status etc .
Follows up with customers for payment.
Cordinate logistics activities of the company
Perform general bookkeeping duties
Duty hours will be 8 to 5 with a lunch break.
The desired candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills.
The needed applicant should be computer literate and able to use relevant computer applications.
The applicant shall be on Husband visa preferably Fillipino lady.
Salary Range 1500-2000
