Dubai and Sharjah Based Company is urgently seeking a highly organized Admin Assistant & Receptionist who will handle the reception and provide clerical & administrative support for multiple managers.
Duties and Function:
- Maintain front desk area, keeping it clean and presentable at all times.
-Receive guests, answer calls, maintain office supplies, keep files updated, circulate memos, sort and forward incoming emails, mails, faxes and courier deliveries.
-Supervise work schedules and efficiency of company driver and office boy.
-In charge of hotel bookings, visa arrangements, flight tickets, logistic coordination and other arrangements for guests and managers.
-Provide secretarial support to the CEO, maintain his diary, schedule meetings/appointments, organize details of travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations and take care of his personal errands.
-Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
