I started my career from the very first year of university in 1994. My experience includes 3 years in Food & Beverage, 7 years in Front Office, 9 years in Sales & Marketing and more than 6 years in senior hotel leadership. Worked in private hotels as well as chain hotels (Accor: Mercure and IHG: Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, InterContinental).
This diversity in both operational and managerial experience, in addition to my knowledge, skills, perseverance and multi-lingual ability, have given me a great push when I first joined IHG in 2003 as a Sales Manager and helped me get promoted to Asst. DOS in-charge in September 2006 then DOSM in April 2008.
Following the recommendation of the Area Director of Sales & Marketing, I succeeded to earn the Master Trainer of Strategic Sales for East Saudi and Bahrain 2007-2009; then Master Trainer for Solution Selling in the United Arab Emirates 2010-2013.
Thanks to the commitment and passion, I got promoted to Resident Manager in Jan 2013 then General Manager in October 2015.
I am now spending more time in Coaching and Developing People to become great leaders, and focusing on my own Personal Branding.
My long-term goal is to be Area GM for an international company where People are the most valuable assets.
