-Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings which include, specifications, dimensions from field sketches and notes provided.
-Handle complex designing and drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
-Make necessary calculations for drawing development.
-Ensure proper resolution to design problems or conflicts with actual site conditions.
-Prepare As-built drawings and assist in drawing revisions.
-Review documents and drawings for accuracy.
-Inspect, test and measure materials or products being produced.
-Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet installation standards.
-Updating daily/weekly accomplishment plan and reports.
-Supervise site inspections and create follow-up reports.
-Maintains knowledge of company standards and incorporate these into engineering design, specifically on the Sanitary/Plumbing & Fire Protection System.
-Maintain communication with all parties involved in the project; Communicate with the general contractor and sub-contractor to monitor the progress of the project; Notes requests, answer questions and sending project updates.
-Work with Engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards, and design documentation.
-Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.
-Participate in project meetings and conference calls, as required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

-Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs; visit job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
-Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data. Prepares body plans, shop drawing, and as-built drawings.
-Layout and plan interior room arrangements using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.
-Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of technicians and technologists on construction projects.
-Represent architect on construction site as required; ensure building compliance with design specifications; advice on design corrections.
-Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to lists of materials.
-Determine procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.
-Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real life objects using special rendering software.
-Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
