  • 2017- 22 March 2018: Jash Technical Services, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Business Development Director for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Projects. Created and executed Inaugural Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Business Development Lifecycle Plan, focusing on pursuits with Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF); Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF); Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF) and Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). Specific FMS business development focus areas included: Manufacturing of spare parts and components; Technical support for assembly lines; Revamping and retrofitting of military equipment and ships; Logistics and Warehouse management plus Total Life Support.
  • 2016-2017: Engility Corporation, Kabul, Afghanistan. Air Wing Training Manager, for Afghanistan Air Force (AAF), under the U.S. Air Force’s Train, Assist, Advise Command-Air (TAAC-A) and NATO‐led mission “Resolute Support”. Advised AAF on their fleet of five (5) different types of aircraft: C-130 Hercules, C-208 Caravan, A-29 Super Tucano, plus Mi-17 and MD-530 helicopters.
  • 2014 to 2016: Al Raha Group for Technical Services (RGTS), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Program Analyst supporting Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF)/ U.S. Air Force (USAF) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Integrated Fleet Support (IFS) contract, valued at over U.S. $535M. Advised on new procurement and material management of F-15 Saudi Advanced (SA) fighter jet spare parts and support equipment.
  • 2011 to 2014: Deloitte Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Advisor, Office of Program Management-Ministry of Interior (OPM-MOI), U.S. Embassy, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Project Manager advising Saudi Ministry of Interior (MOI) Aviation Programs Office (APO) and General Security Aviation Command (GSAC), involving S-92, S-70i and S-434 helicopter fleet strategic planning, Program Management Office functioning, and Logistical Support. Completed Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt Course.
  • 2009 to 2011: Deloitte Vehicle Systems Acquisition Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Ministry of Interior (MOI) Modernization Program. Program Manager procuring 450 Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) for 5 major MOI Sectors, accomplishing integration of all vehicle systems and fielding.
  • 2007 to 2009 BearingPoint: Manager, Public Services Practice. Served as the National Capitol Region (NCR) Logistics Modernization Program, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) liaison {utilizing SAP Platform}, on behalf of the U.S. Army Program Manager, Logistics Modernization Program (PM LMP), to the Army Program Executive Officer for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), the Army Materiel Command (AMC) and to Army Headquarters (HQDA, Pentagon).
  • 2006-2007 Mistral Group, Inc.: Senior Program Director, Armor and Survivability Systems. Functioned as Capture manager for Armoring Contracts for Marine Corps and Army tactical construction equipment and aircraft cabin armoring initiatives.
  • 2001 to 2006: Served as the lead Marine Corps Systems Command Main Battle Tank (MBT) and Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) Replacement Program Office Technology Director & Liaison with the U.S. Army’s Future Combat Systems (FCS) Program Manager Unit of Action Technologies (PMUAT) Office. Developed U.S. Marine Corps’ Ground Combat vehicle alternative technology solutions.


  • 2000 to 2001 Dynetics, Inc., Director for Navy Programs. Instrumented Dynetics’ teaming input with a Prime Contractor, winning an April 2001 Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Multiple Award Contract (MAC), for U.S. Navy ship and submarine Task Orders.
