I am Khalid Kasim, an accomplished professional with 12+ Years of Experience in Business Development & Operation, Administration and Team Handling across Logistics & SCM, Construction and Financial Services Industry.
In my last role, I was working as a Senior Executive in Logistics & SCM for Gati KWE, which is the largest Express Distribution and Surface to Surface Logistics Company in India. Prior to that, I have experience of working in Construction Industry as an Administration Officer and as Business Development- Team Handling Professional in the Financial Services Industry.
All in all, I have experience of both managing large internal teams and handling the customer accounts. I am open to any challenging assignment in the Logistics & Warehousing industry as I want to continue my journey in this domain.
Given my decade and half of experience, I have seen all the phases of work life – be it customer escalations, or exceeding my quarterly targets or simply trying to fix a quality issue within the team – I have always confronted each challenge with a ‘possibilist’ attitude neither optimistic nor pessimistic, but believing that everything is possible provided we put in effort.
I have spent my entire career, exploring different locations across India and I am very adaptable to new places and people. At workplace, I believe in helping others achieve their goals which in turn would help me achieve mine.
