I have been working with in well-known general contractor company called Amhara Water Works Construction Enterprise (AWWCE) for nearly five years.

During the first two and half years of my carrier I have been working as an office engineer, major tasks I address here were conduct project profit and loss analysis using organizational format DCBA (day to day cost and benefit analysis), discuss performance and resource utilization of the working crew with companions on site, report the status of the project to the head office, quantifying works so relative required resources, prepare take-off sheets and develop payment certificates, prepare working drawings and modify whenever necessary, project planning and discussion on the implementation with other colleagues.

Then after regularly being recognized by both peers and managers as a top contributor and collaborator throughout construction projects the organization step up my service to project managing level. This helps me to develop lots of practical skills, Ability to think methodically, Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed construction techniques, Problem solving and construction project management.

As my experience shows I am stable person so that I have been working with in a single company being assigned on varieties of building projects from simple to complex.
