 Design new shop drawings as-built as well as revise existing layouts ranging from CCTV
systems, handholes and cable routings, lighting layouts, and load schedules.
 Provide clear direction for ‘MEP’ subcontractors and review, control, and
assess/recommend approval of theirs work procedures and method statements.
 Provide accurate coordination to ensure project MEP is carried out in accordance with
the required quality, approved construction drawings, specifications, agreed
procedures/program, method statements and within the cost / time constraints.
 Ensure adherence to relevant company's policies and procedures.
 Determine manpower requirement and schedule as well as discipline material and labor
cost estimates.
 Perform quality assurance and quantity survey activities.

Drawings preparation (Mark drawings in tender jobs, shop drawings & as built
drawings), as well as update of whole facility layout.
 Preparation of material submission.
 Active job’s and close out documentation.
 Perform project coordination with the clients and the project team, and attend to
meetings.

Review, analyze, and estimate details and plans according to project; prepare manhour and activity schedule using Gantt charts and graphs.
 Perform electrical technical works such as wiring, controlling generators, and even
usage of electrical instruments.
 Prepare quantity survey activities including bill of quantities and materials.
