 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
 Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment etc.

 Containment, wire pulling, Installation & commissioning of Guest room management system (GRMS).
 Review of shop drawings for material takeoff and manpower planning.
 Ensuring all the work is done as per DEWA, DCD standards and making changes in the drawing if necessary.
 Cross verification of all Civil drawings (Interior Design(ID) ,Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP), Block work, Vanity, Structural, Door Schedule, Window schedule, Kitchen ,GRC, Facade, Landscaping, Tunnel ,Architectural , Texture ,Tile Layout , Furniture layout, Gym , Swimming pool ) with MEP drawings (HVAC, Plumping, Fire protection, Chilled water, FM 200 system & all Electrical systems) for avoiding clashes prior to slab and column casting , plaster, screed, painting, ceiling grid, false ceiling, wallpaper clearance, fit out and installation of wardrobe, mirror, toilet fittings , access panels on ceiling, vanity, headboard, kitchen panel .
 Ensuring construction team is working with approved to the latest and approved Construction issue drawings.
 Ensuring materials used on site is as per approved Material Submittal.
 In charge for Material forecasting, manpower management, sequence of operation of work, preparation of inspection schedule.
 Submission of site progress to Quantity Surveying (QS) & Planning Department for monthly work completion payment.

 Manage, plan and monitor the construction projects from start to commissioning and handing over.
 Complying with all Company policies, quality procedures, statutory regulations and project specifications for the work allocated.
 General Project management.
 Execution of site works as per the client requirements.
 Mobilization and allocation of manpower and equipments for project schedule.
 Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
 Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all MEP work groups at site.
 Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools etc., required for all electrical and related work prior to execution.
 Output controls of labours and implement steps to improve.
 Ensures that all work done are in accordance with approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and all applicable standards.
 Ensures that the company’s Management Systems (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, etc) are implemented, complied with and maintained across all branch activities and associated project sites.
 Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. Directly responsible for the safety of all personnel of the project by ensuring that the execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety and environmental standards.
 Carry out daily work observations and programmed inspections and to implement measures.
 Coordination with sub-contractors and Main contractors.
 Take the corrective actions against the complaints/ comments.
 Maintain all records.

 Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
 Substation routine maintenance both HT and LT side.
 Carries out the break down maintenance of the equipment.
 Managing activities pertaining to maintenance of Electrical equipment like Transformer, Motors, Cranes, Lightings, Electrical furnaces etc.
 Operation and maintenance of various instrument controllers in the plant control room.
 Managing installation, erection and commissioning of electrical system.
 Electrical Switchgear maintenance and replacement work.
 Preparation of Load calculation Sheet.
 Calibrating temperature controller, temperature recorder and thermocouples.
 Documentation of calibration reports as part of company’s quality management program
(AS 9100C:2009-01, ISO 9001:2008).
 Organizing daily and weekly preventive maintenance.
