  • Reviewing the IFT, IFC drawings; Design, shop drawing.
  • Take Off Quantities by Software’s (CAD, Plan swift, Pdf) and Manually by Site/Drawings.
  • Preparation of Packages and Making Enquiries for the Long Lead Items with the Suppliers, following Ups and Get the Quotation for final Pricing of tenders.
  • Preparation of BOQ; Costing with Additional Items if required.
  • Making RFIs for required Clarification in tender drawings & documents if any, from the Consultants as part of Pre Tender. And PTCs as part of Post Tendering.
  • Submission of tenders.
  • The Preparation/Submitting of Bills; Interim Payment Application, Sub-Contractors Payment Certificate, and Schedules of Quantities of materials labor and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works as part of post contract.
  • Review of Contract documents as per FIDIC.
  • Coordination with Procurement and purchase Department for preparation of Comparative statement for technical review and finalization of Sub contractor.
  • Submitting Variation Notification (VOR).
  • Preparation of Logs, such as VO log, IPA log, Sub contractor’s payment Log,
  • Coordination with Accounts Dept. for Financial Reports.
  • Coordination with Planning and MEP Dept. for various activities such as Weekly, Monthly progress reports, Baseline programs, Cash Flows, Anticipated Variations.
