Holds the distinction of spearheading complete and end to end accountability of managing Telecom Project’s based on PMP methodology to complete the life cycle of initiation, planning, execution, control - monitoring and closure phases.

 

- Taking care of project starting from integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources,

communication, risk, procurement and stakeholders.

- Responsible for Project Documentations – Business Case, Statement of Work, Project Charter,

Project Plan (Baselines – Scope, Schedule, Cost and WBS), Change Request, Action Log, Risk

Register, Status Reports, Budgets and Lessons learned review.

- Works closely with customer organizations, customer care teams, program managers, line

management, region/sub-region management, legal department, logistics department,

suppliers, partners, contractors, vendors, care managers, operations managers, MS Managers.
- Plan and communicate accurate figures for products & resources.
- Ensure that all project targets are met with quality with in time line / cost.
- Monitor scope, implement change control process and handle change management, ensure

customer acceptance for the system or service.
- Responsible for meeting project cost forecast with regards to services costs, 3rd party HW and

SW products, local materials, vendors, contractors.
- Responsible for initiating customer invoices after pre and final acceptance.

Exposure in Rollouts, Operations, Administration and Maintenance of Telco Networks:

 

- Led and managed the installation, commissioning and integration / provisioning of various core networks entities (SGSN, GGSN, Revenue Management, STP, HLR, IN, VAS, LBS, LI…) between Regional Tech: HUB / NNOC and Circle.

- Responsible for day to day operation, maintenance, administration and performance

management of networks.

- Telecom regulatory management (PoI, SACFA, VTM, TEC).

- Led and managed the Installation, Commissioning & Integration of Lucent Flexent CDMA Wireless

System, Nortel Transport System, Cisco and Juniper Data Services.

- Led and mentored a team of technical officers for day to day operation, maintenance,

administration and performance management of networks of Flexent CDMA Wireless System.

- Integration of Lucent 5ESS - 2000 Switches (PLMN/PSTN) as a part of Y2K project.

- Operation, Administration & Maintenance of Lucent 5ESS-2000 MSC.
